Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems to avoid unexpected failures, ensuring continuous operation.

• Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Diagnose issues with building systems and equipment, and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.

• System Monitoring: Monitor the performance of facility equipment and systems, reporting any anomalies or concerns to management.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, and generate reports as required.

• Facility Upgrades: Support the installation of new equipment and upgrades to building systems as directed by management.

• Ensure full compliance with the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements.

• Stay informed about the QHSE policy, as well as its objectives and targets.

• Adhere strictly to all HSE guidelines, instructions, and procedures.

• Immediately report any hazards, observations, or incidents to the line manager.
