Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your tasks will be as follows:

  • to be the entry point for all user requests and complaints within the IT/OT scope: workstation, automation (hardware, software, network), IT (infrastructure, servers, databases, networks, telecom)
  • Manage the allocation and configuration of computer equipment for users (PCs, tablets and mobile phones, programming consoles)
  • Provide first-level support for incidents (service interruptions, software and hardware malfunctions)
  • Collect all requests and complaints
  • To list the requests and responses provided in a ticketing solution
  • Identify the nature of the request or problem and process first-level requests or dispatch them to the relevant specialists.
  • To ensure the follow-up of incident resolution and the satisfaction of user requests as quickly as possible

Desired Candidate Profile

Required skills 

  • Holder of a Bac+2/3/4/5.
  • Knowledge of industrial computer networks and systems and automation.
  • Knowledge in the administration of computer systems and networks
  • Knowledge of Emotors computer applications
  • Concepts in industrial automation
  • Curious, organized, punctual, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive
