Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your tasks will be as follows:
- to be the entry point for all user requests and complaints within the IT/OT scope: workstation, automation (hardware, software, network), IT (infrastructure, servers, databases, networks, telecom)
- Manage the allocation and configuration of computer equipment for users (PCs, tablets and mobile phones, programming consoles)
- Provide first-level support for incidents (service interruptions, software and hardware malfunctions)
- Collect all requests and complaints
- To list the requests and responses provided in a ticketing solution
- Identify the nature of the request or problem and process first-level requests or dispatch them to the relevant specialists.
- To ensure the follow-up of incident resolution and the satisfaction of user requests as quickly as possible
Desired Candidate Profile
Required skills
- Holder of a Bac+2/3/4/5.
- Knowledge of industrial computer networks and systems and automation.
- Knowledge in the administration of computer systems and networks
- Knowledge of Emotors computer applications
- Concepts in industrial automation
- Curious, organized, punctual, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive
