Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead technical and commercial negotiations, securing favorable terms and conditions for projects, ensuring profitability and mitigating risks.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present compelling technical and commercial proposals, tailored to client needs and project requirements, showcasing value propositions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals, focusing on building strong client relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a Master's degree in Business Administration.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a techno-commercial role, preferably within the Steel Industry.
Demonstrates a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex technical and commercial deals.
Strong understanding of technical concepts, engineering principles, and industry-specific standards.
