Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute global sales and go-to-market strategies from the Dubai hub.
Build, manage, and grow enterprise and strategic customer accounts across Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Own end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Lead, mentor, and scale business development and sales teams.
Design pricing strategies, commercial models, and long-term contract frameworks.
Establish channel partnerships, distributors, licensing partners, and strategic alliances.
Represent WICTOR at global exhibitions, trade shows, sustainability forums, and investor interactions.
Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to align customer requirements with offerings.
Track sales performance, pipeline health, forecasts, and CRM discipline.
Drive revenue predictability, profitability, and long-term client retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
10–15+ years of experience in international B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
Proven track record of closing large-ticket and long-cycle enterprise deals.
Exposure to technology platforms, sustainability, industrial, SaaS, or manufacturing ecosystems.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills with a global mindset.
