Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in Dynamics AX functions.

  • Supports the Microsoft Dynamics AX application existing team in managing the ERP. This includes handling end user’s queries/issues, managing day to day operations, communicating with the business to understand their requirements.

  • Help the existing team to improve the performance of existing ERP and reducing bottlenecks to the application.

  • Supports the Retail POS application existing team in managing the ERP/POS. This includes handling end user’s queries/issues, managing day to day operations, communicating with the business to understand their requirements.

  • Writing SQL Queries/Stored Procedures for supporting the business applications.

  • Facilitate the decision-making process and help the Vendor in developing the functional design document that will drive the development process.

  • Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor’s or university degree in computer science, business engineering or equivalent.

  • Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX

  • Should have been involved in at least 1 full cycle Implementation of AX.

  • Should have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX processes.

  • Ability to work individually with little supervision and in a team with other department members.

  • Knowledge of Roles,Privileges/Security in AX will be an additional advantage.

  • Technical Knowledge of X++ coding.
