Roles & Responsibilities

ember is seeking an accomplished Technology Integration Specialist to oversee, optimise, and evolve the organisation s full technology stack, including CRM systems, digital platforms, internal tools, device environments, data workflows, and operational technologies that support high-performance service delivery.

This role ensures that our digital ecosystem remains robust, secure, scalable, and aligned with the organisation s standards of excellence. The specialist will refine system structures, manage technical integrations, support team enablement, and introduce innovative solutions that strengthen efficiency and operational precision.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, systems thinking, and a polished, solution-oriented mindset suited to a modern, dynamic, service-led organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Stack Oversight
  • Oversee the entire tech stack, including CRM systems, workflow platforms, booking or scheduling systems, cloud storage, communication tools, cybersecurity layers, productivity suites, and internal digital environments.
  • Maintain system configuration, compatibility, user permissions, and performance across all platforms.
  • Monitor system health, identify inefficiencies, and implement structured improvements across the stack.
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for technical inquiries and escalate to external vendors when necessary.
  • CRM & Data Systems Management
  • Oversee CRM structure, ensuring data accuracy, workflow alignment, tagging logic, segmentation, and automation.
  • Implement enhancements and workflow efficiency upgrades within CRM and integrated systems.
  • Ensure that CRM data flows seamlessly between other tools within the tech stack.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical insights to support leadership and operational teams.
  • Digital Innovation & System Integration
  • Identify new technologies, automations, and digital solutions that can enhance operational performance.
  • Evaluate tools based on security, UX, integration capacity, and long-term viability.
  • Manage integrations across the tech stack, ensuring platforms communicate effectively and improving cross-departmental workflows.
  • Map and refine digital processes to eliminate friction, improve speed, and strengthen accuracy.
  • Technical Support & Issue Resolution
  • Provide first-line IT support to resolve issues relating to system access, syncing errors, device problems, or software disruptions.
  • Maintain structured documentation of recurring issues and technical solutions.
  • Support cybersecurity through monitoring access controls, enforcing password policies, and identifying vulnerabilities.
  • Coordinate with external IT or software providers when specialised support is needed.
  • Training, Documentation & Enablement
  • Develop SOPs, user guides, and onboarding materials for all platforms within the technology stack.
  • Train team members on system usage, new features, digital governance, and best practices.
  • Maintain internal documentation including system architecture maps, workflow charts, and integration frameworks.
  • Support new employees by setting up system access, devices, and training.
  • Strategic Contribution
  • Work closely with leadership to align digital initiatives with organisational strategy and future scaling plans.
  • Provide structured recommendations on system upgrades, replacements, prioritisation, and technology budgeting.
  • Produce insights reports that highlight operational gaps and propose digital solutions.
  • Ensure the organisation remains digitally competitive, innovative, and efficient in its sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3 5 years of experience in IT administration, CRM management, systems integration, digital operations, or technology strategy.
  • Strong experience working across a multi-platform tech stack including CRM systems, workflow tools, cloud systems, communication platforms, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and systems issues across Mac and Windows environments.
  • Experience building or optimising digital workflows in high-performance or service-led organisations is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert operational challenges into intelligent technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills; Arabic English bilingual proficiency is preferred.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, data governance awareness, and digital security understanding.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently within a part-time structure.
  • Curious, proactive, and innovation-driven, with a desire to continuously improve digital environments.
