Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Effective and Efficiency analysis of Requirements, Processes and Impact assessment
Business Case Preparation in coordination with Group HR Functions
Support in Effective, timely implementation or projects to delivery committed impact
Work with various teams during implementation of initiatives
Focus on new technologies and innovative ways of business and operational activities
Implement efficient processes through ongoing improvements
Identify improvement opportunities based on the performance reviews
Work with HR Technology teams to deliver improvement initiatives
Evaluate root cause analysis on service delivery failures
Desired Candidate Profile
Working knowledge of HR Functions (Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management) and HR Technology/ Functional Understanding
Technical & Professional
Strong Process Design, Improvement, and quality management approach
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Logical thinking and solution design skills
Experience and Knowledge of Oracle HCM Solutions and latest advancements.
