Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a driven and communicative Tele-Caller to join our sales team. Your primary goal is to engage potential customers, generate leads, and support sales growth through effective phone communication.
Core Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Reach out to leads to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities.
Inbound Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Lead Management: Qualify prospects and schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.
Data Entry: Maintain detailed records of calls and customer status in our CRM.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily call volume and monthly lead generation targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong Communication: Clear, confident, and professional verbal skills.
Persuasiveness: Ability to handle objections and keep prospects engaged.
Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
