Roles & Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for prospective property buyers qualifying leads, building relationships, and converting enquiries into appointments and sales for the brokerage's portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 5 years of tele sales experience real estate is a strong advantage
Fluent in English this is a non-negotiable requirement
Bilingual candidates (Arabic + English or any other language + English) are strongly preferred
Confident, persuasive communicator with a consultative sales approach
Target-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs
Based in Dubai or immediately relocatable to the UAE
Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market, key developers, and off-plan landscape is a plus
