Roles & Responsibilities
As a Tele Sales Executive (m/f/d), you are the first structured point of contact for potential customers. You use proven call guidelines, carefully document all results, and ensure a smooth lead qualification process.
This position is ideal for results-oriented individuals who adhere to clear processes, take responsibility, and want to work reliably in the background.
Your responsibilities
- Structured initial approach: Contacting pre-qualified leads using a clear conversation guide and precise documentation of the results.
- Reliable appointment scheduling: Organizing appointments between potential clients and our strategy team, clearly, reliably and on time.
- Logging & handover: Detailed documentation of the conversation process and structured handover of qualified contacts to the sales team.
- Communication management: Ensuring that no information is lost through clean work in the CRM system and regular contact with potential customers.
- Support in day-to-day business: Relieving the sales team of burdens through order and reliability in the lead process.
