Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and target-driven Tele- Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individual who are ambitious, money motivated, and serious about building a strong career in sales .
Whether you are a fresher with the right attitudebor an experienced tele-sales professional, we are looking for someone who is disciplined, energetic, and ready to convert conversation into qualified opportunities.
Key Responaibilities
Contact potential buyera and investors for company-provided databases.
Qualify and shortlist serious leads for the sales consultant.
Schedule appointment and property viewing.
Maintain daily call targets and follow-up routines.
Update CRM with accurate lead information.
Build rapport and maintain professional communication.
Coordinate closely with the salea team to ensure deal progression.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confident and clear telephone etiquette.
Target oriented and result-driven.
Positive attitudes and resillence to handle objections.
Basic understanding of real estate is a plus (training provided).
Experience in tele-sales, call center, banking, insurance, or real estate is an advantage.
Fluent English required ( additional languages are a plus)
