Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote the company’s real estate projects and services.

  2. Handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and convert leads into potential sales opportunities.

  3. Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  5. Understand customer needs and provide suitable property options aligned with their requirements.

  6. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis.

  7. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule property viewings or meetings when required.

  8. Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  2. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.

  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  4. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

  5. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  6. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
