Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads or databases
- Explain forex trading products, platforms, and services clearly to clients
- Understand client requirements and guide them toward suitable trading accounts
- Follow up with interested prospects to convert leads into active traders
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Address client queries and provide basic support related to account opening
- Coordinate with the sales and relationship management teams
- Stay updated on forex market basics and company offerings
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate or equivalent (Finance background preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or forex sales
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
