Roles & Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to prospective clients

Handling inbound inquiries and qualifying leads

Generating leads and property listings for agents

Updating client details in CRM

Coordinating with real estate agents and admin team


Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach

Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally

Basic knowledge of sales or customer service preferred

Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups

Familiar with CRM systems or willing to learn

Well-organized and able to work in a team environment

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Must hold own valid UAE visa (company visa not provided)
