Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, presenting services tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
- Maintain detailed records of each call, including customer feedback and queries, to enhance future interactions.
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns to convert interest into actionable sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research during calls to identify new prospects and gather competitive intelligence.
- Handle objections and concerns with professionalism, using persuasive techniques to turn rejections into opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead qualification and improve conversion rates.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly call targets while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
- Provide insights and suggestions based on customer interactions to improve product offerings and service delivery.
- Utilize CRM software effectively to track customer interactions and manage follow-up activities.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
