Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients through persuasive telephonic communication, effectively presenting products and services tailored to their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback to ensure seamless follow-up and relationship management.
- Conduct market research by gathering customer insights and preferences, contributing to the development of targeted marketing strategies.
- Achieve set sales targets and KPIs by employing effective sales techniques and building rapport with prospects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred for a strong foundational understanding of sales principles.
- Minimum of 1 year of telecalling or sales experience in a relevant industry, showcasing proven success in achieving sales targets.
