Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM software, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for future reference.
- Engage with clients to provide product knowledge and answer inquiries, establishing trust and rapport to facilitate successful conversions.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, converting interest into tangible sales opportunities through effective communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for a foundational understanding of sales principles.
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, showcasing proficiency in handling diverse customer interactions.
- Certification in Sales or Communication can enhance credibility and demonstrate commitment to the profession.
- Experience in the BPO or real estate industry is a plus, providing specialized knowledge in those sectors.
