Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate end-to-end project delivery for telecom and AdTech initiatives in Dubai, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and on-time, within-budget completion.
- Architect robust and scalable solutions, considering network infrastructure, cloud technologies, and advertising platforms, while optimizing performance and user experience.
- Lead and mentor Scrum teams, fostering a collaborative and agile environment, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Define and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and successful product launches.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Oversee the integration of telecom infrastructure with AdTech platforms, ensuring efficient data flow, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting successes and challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall project outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred, but not mandatory, along with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
