Roles & Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing company products/services and creating interest.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM system for follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather valuable insights on customer preferences.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of individual clients to maximize engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred for a strong foundational understanding.

  • A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles to demonstrate expertise in the field.
