Roles & Responsibilities
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales and marketing objectives. You will be responsible for promoting products and services, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets, and managing relationships with prospective clients. - Report telemarketing metrics and insights to senior management weekly or as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse client interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems for efficient workflow.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle rejections positively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team effectively.
