Roles & Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and organize a team of Teleagents & Calculation staff
  • Supervise and control daily operations in both inbound and outbound activities
  • Plan shifts, distribute tasks, and continuously optimize workflows
  • Monitor target achievement and service quality using clearly defined KPIs
  • Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and the sales department
  • Prepare performance reports and implement improvement measures

Your Profile

  • Excellent German language skills (spoken and written, at least C1 level)
  • Several years of experience in a call center, ideally within facility management, cleaning services, or staffing
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Confident handling of CRM systems, dialer software, and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and motivational leadership style
  • High level of responsibility and the ability to prioritize effectively
