Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming and outgoing customer calls.
  • To provide information about the company's products and services.
  • Manage customer requests, complaints and grievances.
  • Record the information in the computer system (CRM).
  • To monitor client files.
  • Direct customers to the relevant department if necessary.
  • Participate in improving the quality of customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Baccalaureate (business, communication or equivalent).
  • Good command of French and Arabic (English is a plus).
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • My mastery of computer tools (computer, internet, software).
  • Serious, dynamic and customer service oriented.
