Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Answering incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- To provide information about the company's products and services.
- Manage customer requests, complaints and grievances.
- Record the information in the computer system (CRM).
- To monitor client files.
- Direct customers to the relevant department if necessary.
- Participate in improving the quality of customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum Baccalaureate (business, communication or equivalent).
- Good command of French and Arabic (English is a plus).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- My mastery of computer tools (computer, internet, software).
- Serious, dynamic and customer service oriented.
