Roles & Responsibilities

Engage potential customers through cold calling, utilizing effective communication techniques to capture interest and generate leads.
Conduct in-depth product presentations tailored to customer needs, emphasizing unique selling points to drive sales conversions.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions are logged in the system.
Identify and qualify leads through active listening and probing questions to ascertain customer pain points and requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on approaches for high-value accounts and share feedback on customer objections.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role, showcasing a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
