Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, effectively presenting products and services tailored to their needs.

  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads, ensuring accurate updates and follow-ups.

  • Build rapport and trust with customers, addressing their concerns and questions with confidence and clarity.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales techniques.

  • Digital Campaigns: Launch and manage SEO, and paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and student registrations.

  • Social Media Management: Maintain and grow the institute’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram engaging with potential students.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • HighSchool/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, showcasing foundational knowledge.

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in telesales or a related sales role, demonstrating proven sales capabilities.
