Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, effectively presenting products and services tailored to their needs.
Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads, ensuring accurate updates and follow-ups.
Build rapport and trust with customers, addressing their concerns and questions with confidence and clarity.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales techniques.
Digital Campaigns: Launch and manage SEO, and paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and student registrations.
Social Media Management: Maintain and grow the institute’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram engaging with potential students.
Desired Candidate Profile
HighSchool/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, showcasing foundational knowledge.
A minimum of 1 years of experience in telesales or a related sales role, demonstrating proven sales capabilities.
