Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, effectively pitching products and services tailored to their needs, ensuring a personalized customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions in the CRM system to track progress and follow up on leads efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing persuasive communication techniques and strategic questioning to close deals.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to position the company effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in sales principles.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) are a plus, indicating a commitment to professional development.
- Experience in the technology or software industry is highly desirable, reflecting familiarity with complex products and solutions.
