Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers or candidates

  • Handle inbound calls and answer customer inquiries

  • Explain company products, services, or job opportunities clearly

  • Follow up with interested clients/candidates regularly

  • Maintain daily call records and update CRM/database

  • Generate leads and schedule appointments or interviews

  • Build and maintain good customer relationships

  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required

  • Coordinate with the HR, sales, or operations team for updates

  • Verify candidate or customer information accurately

  • Send WhatsApp messages, emails, or follow-up reminders when needed

  • Maintain professionalism and positive communication on calls

  • Ensure all conversations follow company policies and quality standards
