Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Handle daily admin tasks, emails, and reports
  • Make inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups
  • Maintain client records and databases
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Engage in quotation discussions with clients, providing product details and pricing

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding industry
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Based in Dubai with good knowledge of the local market
  • Knowledge of Air, Sea, and Land freight
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Existing client network in the UAE
  • Basic computer and MS Office skills
  • Prior admin or Tele sales experience
