Job Title: Telesales (Sales)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. We welcome both experienced candidates and freshers who are passionate about sales and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify customer needs and offer suitable products/services

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets

• Handle client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and in a team
