Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries
Promote real estate projects (residential/commercial) to potential buyers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and close sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Stay updated on project details, pricing, and market trends
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or real estate sales preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
