Roles & Responsibilities

About Us:

We are a growing vacation rental company in Dubai, offering luxury short-term and long-term rentals. We are looking for a motivated Junior Tele sales Representative to generate leads, drive sales, and grow in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and generate new business leads

  • Qualify leads and set appointments with clients

  • Build strong client relationships through professional communication

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support the sales team

  • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and provide updates to management



Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 years of tele sales, telemarketing, or real estate/vacation rental experience

  • Excellent verbal communication and sales skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional

  • Comfortable using CRM and Microsoft Office


Experience:

  • telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
