Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role: Excellent communication skills Good problem-solving skills Display flexibility in dealing with clients and other team members Customer service skills in order to resolve customer complaints Previous experience required (if any) Previous banking experience in similar role Fair understanding of product and services provided by the bank Understanding of customer relationships Good interpersonal & convincing skills Basic MS Office skills
