Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with stall/showroom setup and breakdown
  • Organize garments, samples, and displays
  • Support during buyer meetings (note-taking, coordination)
  • Handle steaming, tagging, and garment care
  • Assist with sales support and order coordination
  • Maintain a polished, professional showroom experience

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in fashion showrooms, exhibitions, retail, or buyer meetings
  • Comfortable handling clothing and samples
  • Confident, articulate, and professional demeanor
  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Experience working in hotels or luxury venues is a plus
  • Fluent English required (additional languages a bonus)
