Job Title: Tenant Acquisition Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Reporting To: COO
We are seeking a commercially driven Tenant Acquisition Manager to lead sourcing and onboarding of food & beverage brands across our growing UAE portfolio of community destinations. This includes food trucks, cafés, QSR operators, modular retail hubs, and petrol station retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and onboard F&B brands, food trucks, and retail concepts
Build and manage a strong pipeline of local and international tenants
Lead end-to-end leasing cycle: outreach, negotiation, and deal closure
Curate balanced tenant mixes to maximize footfall and performance
Develop relationships with restaurateurs, franchise operators, and hospitality groups
Identify concepts suited for petrol station retail (e.g., ADNOC, ENOC locations)
Track F&B market trends and identify high-growth brands
Collaborate internally to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and launch
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
7–10+ years in tenant acquisition, leasing, or business development within F&B or retail real estate.
Experience with food truck parks, hospitality concepts, or petrol station retail environments.
Background in shopping mall leasing, F&B operations, or hospitality development is highly desirable.
Experience in fast-paced startups or high-growth regional companies is an advantage.
Relationships & Network
Well-connected within the UAE F&B ecosystem.
Ability to attract both emerging local brands and international operators.
Commercial Skills
Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.
Understanding of tenant economics and F&B unit performance.
Ability to identify brands that drive footfall, engagement, and tenant ecosystem success.
