Job Description:
We Are Hiring – Tendering & Estimation Engineer (Fit-Out / MEP)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for Fit-Out / MEP projects based on drawings and specifications
Analyze tender documents, BOQs, and project requirements
Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
Prepare tender submissions, pricing, and commercial proposals
Conduct quantity take-offs and cost comparisons
Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams
Maintain updated cost databases and estimation records
Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in Fit-Out / MEP estimation & tendering
Strong knowledge of materials, market rates, and suppliers in UAE
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
Ability to read drawings and prepare BOQ accurately
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
