About the role

F&P Healthcare products are used to deliver therapies that are changing clinical practice globally. We are looking for a capable, driven and customer focussed individual to join our team as a Territory Manager based in Dubai, looking after the entire UAE region. This is a dynamic sales role that involves working in complex clinical settings. As a Territory Manager looking after our anaesthesia product portfolio, youll focus on market development to drive the adoption of our technology in operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-operating theatre education, training and support
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers
• Support brand awareness and market confidence in our anaesthesia products
• Provide troubleshooting and complaint resolution
• Assist in organising product evaluations and customer events
• Gather and provide insights into market and competitor activity

About you

The ideal candidate will be driven and customer focussed. Other key skills and experience we are looking for:

• Medical device and anaesthesia hospital sales experience in the UAE would be an advantage.
• Candidates with a clinical background (such as Lead/Senior Anaesthesia Technician) or a robust sales background are also encouraged to apply.
• Comfort and confidence in the operating room / theatre setting is essential.
• Experience in successfully introducing new products or concepts to the market would be a significant plus.
• Must be fluent in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills. Arabic fluency would be an additional advantage.
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence.
• An enthusiasm to learn and understand our full anaesthesia product range.
• Innovative thinking, pro-active mindset with a can-do attitude.
