Test Manager IT (QA)

The Test Manager is responsible for managing Quality Assurance (QA) activities and integrated testing within the framework of the Group's digital transformation initiatives, particularly in the Client & Market area (Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, Client Engagement, Order Management, Omnichannel).

He/she supports project teams and the Program Manager to ensure the quality of deliverables, test coverage and risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle.

The position is carried out in an international environment with teams distributed across several countries and time zones.

• D. Definition of the test strategy

• Define the testing strategy adapted to each initiative and its release plan.
• Implement and apply the testing processes and standards defined by the organization.
• Identify integration challenges and anticipate risks related to dependencies between teams and systems.
• Organize the integrated test checkpoints between the different technical and business teams.
• Test planning and management
• develop test plans and identify the necessary resources.
• Define, write or validate test cases and ensure requirements are met.
• Implement test traceability (test traceability matrix).
• Coordinate the preparation of environments, data and configurations necessary for testing.
• Monitor the execution of test campaigns and the associated results.
• Anomaly management and reporting

• Manage the monitoring of defects (triage, prioritization, resolution).
• Produce QA indicators and dashboards (test execution, faults, coverage).
• Communicate the progress and quality of deliverables to stakeholders.
• Escalate critical risks and major deviations to the Program Manager.

• Coordination and collaboration

• Coordinate the QA Engineers involved in the initiatives (including near-shore teams).
• Collaborating with technical teams, business units and product managers.
• Contribute to monitoring developments and change requests.

• Quality assurance and continuous improvement
• Promote good Quality Assurance practices within programs.
• Contribute to the QA community and share feedback and best practices.
• Participate in critical delivery phases (cutover, production launch, incident analysis).
