Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and record daily employee attendance, absences, tardiness, and overtime.

Maintain and update timekeeping matrix and databases.

Verify and reconcile attendance discrepancies with department heads and supervisors.

Process and validate leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and overtime reports for HR and payroll.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance data.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping policies.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all timekeeping records.


Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience in the same role is required.

Experience in timekeeping, HR, or payroll support is preferred.

Familiarity with HRIS or timekeeping systems.

Experience in utilizing the Navision system is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
