Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join our HR team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and manage compensation and benefits policies and frameworks.
  • Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking, and salary surveys to ensure internal and external equity.
  • Support in designing and administering incentive and reward programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and cost analysis.
  • Prepare reports and insights to support management decision-making.
  • Lead or support special HR projects related to Total Rewards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, HR dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
  • Relevant certifications preferred (CCP, CBP, SHRM, or equivalent).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
