Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain & improve productivity by ensuring the GTS DMT functions are processed/scanned/ dispatched efficiently and in line with/exceeding SLAs and maintaining good communication with all the stakeholders. (e.g. GSC, Courier, RM, BDMs, CSM) and all other internal customers.

Support daily DMT operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Ensure all bank s belonging e.g, Stamps, letterheads, customers documents are placed in secure chubs all the time.

Ensure all operations under his/her responsibility are in accordance with Trade policies and procedures, FIM, UCP600, Audit, Internal FIM guidelines, Compliance and Money Laundering, and all other related guidelines.

Work with other GTS functions/teams to maintain/improve GTS DMT operations and service standards.

Contribute to the efficiency of the Operations of DMT services by managing the documents, attending the meetings in timely manners, completing all their trainings and reporting to DMT well before the DMT working hours, ensuring System functions) are fully ready to serve the customer right at the DMT working hours timings.

Represent the team in customer-facing interactions at the GTS branch counters, including handling customer documentation, providing servicing support, and resolving customer queries.

Act as a key point of contact at the GTS branch counters, ensuring adherence to operational standards and delivering a high level of customer service.

Assist the Manager to keep overheads within the plan and effectively manage all supplies of the DMT and identify cost saving opportunities.

Cover other DMT colleagues in other DMT location during their absence/where required.

Escalate any issues which are beyond the control and address for resolutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Self-motivated with initiatives to take on new and additional responsibilities
  • Possess general knowledge of all Trade products
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling customer documentation at the branch counter and record-keeping.
  • Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively
  • A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
