strong>Key Responsibilities:/strong>

• Conduct in-person training sessions for both new and experienced real estate brokers.
• Deliver courses based on existing training materials and adapt content to audience needs.
• Develop and update training programs and materials when necessary.
• Provide feedback and individual support to trainees.
• Monitor performance and progress of students throughout the training period.
• Collaborate with management and senior brokers to ensure training quality and relevance.

• Proven experience in training, coaching, or adult education (any industry).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners.
• Fluent English; knowledge of any additional language will be an advantage.
• Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
