Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Learning and Development Executive to design, implement, and manage training programs across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, improving productivity, and creating engaging learning content and modules to support professional growth and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage training programs for employees across various functions. • Create learning content, training modules, e-learning materials, and productivity tools tailored to team needs. • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics to ensure programs are effective and aligned with business objectives. • Conduct workshops, sessions, and on-the-job training for employees at all levels. • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements. • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify skills gaps and provide solutions to enhance performance. • Stay updated on the latest learning and development trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve training strategies. • Maintain training records, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a corporate setting. • Strong ability to create training content, modules, and productivity-enhancing programs. • Experience in delivering training for Customer Service, Operations, and Back Office teams is highly desirable. • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, training software, and productivity tools. • Strong analytical and organizational skills to assess training needs and measure outcomes. • Ability to motivate and engage employees at all levels. • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset. Preferred: • Certification in Learning & Development (e.g., CIPD, ATD, or similar).
