Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Full supervision of the center s administrative and technical operations.

Developing training plans and operational strategies.

Leading teams and achieving institutional objectives.

Building professional partnerships and strengthening stakeholder relations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 6 years of leadership experience in managing administrative and technical training centers or institutes.

Academic qualification in Business Administration, Training, Human Resources, Innovation, or a related field.

A postgraduate degree in business is preferred.

Internationally recognized training certifications are an advantage.

Proven ability to develop training curricula and training packages.

Full proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong competence in utilizing modern technologies and social media platforms for marketing and business support.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
