Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing drivers • Conduct regular performance evaluations and refresher courses • Ensure drivers meet company standards for safety, customer service, and route efficiency • Stay updated on UAE traffic regulations and ensure driver compliance • Collaborate with operations and HR teams to improve driver onboarding and retention • Provide hands-on coaching and support to improve driver performance
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in driver training or fleet management, preferably in limousine or transport services • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s road network and traffic regulations • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Proficiency in English and Urdu (spoken and written) • Ability to develop training materials and conduct workshops • Familiarity with digital tools and mobile apps used in transport operations
