Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions on AI fundamentals, data analysis, data visualization, and AI tools.
Train non-technical and semi-technical audiences using simplified, practical approaches.
Develop complete training curricula including slides, exercises, assessments, and case studies.
Update training materials regularly to reflect the latest AI and data trends.
Create easy-to-understand examples applicable to business functions (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations).
Customize training programs based on business needs and learner skill levels.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders.
Provide post-training support, coaching, and follow-up tasks to reinforce learning.
Evaluate participant performance through different activities.
Prepare training reports and recommendations for skill improvement.
Track learner progress and measure training impact.
Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related fields is preferred.
2 4 years in training, AI tools, or data analysis.
Strong knowledge of AI concepts and practical AI tools.
Good understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI).
Ability to simplify complex technical topics.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related fields is preferred.
2 4 years in training, AI tools, or data analysis.
Strong knowledge of AI concepts and practical AI tools.
Good understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI).
Ability to simplify complex technical topics.
