Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation initiatives, from concept to execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current operations and define future-state visions that support enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
  • Develop robust business cases that secure executive sponsorship, demonstrate ROI, and align with long-term growth and innovation objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable enterprise operating models and transformation roadmaps that enhance agility, competitiveness, and operational excellence.
  • Drive effective change management strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment, ownership, and sustained adoption of transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee program execution by managing interdependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring smooth transitions of outcomes into business-as-usual operations.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks that clarify accountability, decision-making, and oversight across all transformation programs.
  • Provide structured, executive-level reporting and actively contribute to steering committees to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in transition, transformation, or project/change management roles.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation in a corporate, IT, shared services, or consulting environment
  • A postgraduate degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PROSCI, Lean Six Sigma) is an advantage.
  • Involves collaboration with senior leadership, external consultants, and strategic delivery partners.
  • The role operates in a high-impact, cross-functional environment with visibility at the executive level.
