Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the progress of all processes of the production in relevant production line in accordance with the company's manufacturing procedures and quality standards.

  • Plan and coordinate the activities of individual sections to manufacture as per monthly schedules.

  • Give feedback to Production Manager about the precision of planning data for his manpower hours.

  • Arrange necessary (in-house / hands on work) training for production section supervisors and workers.

  • Resolve all difficulties during the working day to have smooth operation through proper coordination with other departments through the Production Manager.

  • Ensure all required safety precautions are taken to have safe operation and personnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in Transformer Manufacturing industry.

  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings.

  • Must be able to supervisor a group.

  • Fluent in English

  • Computer literate.
