Transport Supervisor El Seif Operation and Maintenance

We are looking for a Transport Supervisor to oversee daily transport operations, manage drivers, and ensure efficient vehicle utilization. The role involves coordinating vehicle schedules, maintaining operational records, and ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and compliant with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of drivers to ensure smooth transport operations.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and driver working hours.

• Schedule and coordinate vehicle routes, deliveries, and pickups efficiently.

• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure timely maintenance and servicing.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transport procedures.

• Monitor driver performance and provide guidance to improve efficiency and safety.

• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely transportation services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Transport Supervisor, Fleet Supervisor, or Transport Coordinator.

• Strong knowledge of fleet management and driver supervision.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage schedules, routes, and operational records.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety standards
