Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Handle flight bookings, ticketing, cancellations, and re-issuance
Manage hotel reservations, holiday packages, and travel itineraries
Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Use online travel portals efficiently for bookings and quotations
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to get the best rates
Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up with clients
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Travel Agent (mandatory)
Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Good knowledge of online travel booking portals
Basic IATA knowledge preferred
Ability to work independently and handle customers confidently
Team player with a positive attitude
Should have minimum 1 year of experience in UAE for travel agency.
