Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Booking domestic and international flights
Reserving hotels and ground transportation
Coordinating visa, passport, and travel insurance documentation
Ensuring bookings comply with company travel policy
Managing travel budgets and cost control
Handling travel expense reports and reimbursements
Providing support for travel changes, delays, or cancellations
Liaising with travel vendors, airlines, and hotels
Maintaining travel records and preparing reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Tourism, or Business preferred)
1–4 years of experience in corporate travel or a travel agency
Knowledge of corporate travel policies
