Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure that all staff travel is efficient, safe, compliant, and cost-effective, while keeping meticulous records and proactively managing risks. You’ll play a key part in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth logistics across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent -Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in travel management -Strong computer skills (Word & Excel) -Very good English (written and spoken) -Experience in administrative tasks and operational coordination -Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills -Flexibility to respond to emergencies outside of working hours
